Mildred "Lucy" Jastrebsky Obituary
PORTSMOUTH- Mildred Lucille “Lucy” Jastrebsky, 93, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. She was born on May 21, 1931 in Rockbridge County, Virginia to the late, Paul and Mary Agnor. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Edward “Ronnie” Jastrebsky; and four siblings including her beloved sister, Jean Agnor Lyon.
She is survived by her daughter, Paulette Edwards; granddaughter, Caitlyn Edwards; sister, Sandra A. Yoemans; brother, Mike Agnor; her “favorite” former son-in-law, Wesley J. Edwards; k-9 companion, “Gunner”; and many other family members and friends.
A celebration Lucy’s life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Portsmouth S.P.C.A.
