Lucy J. Koser, 83 of Derry Twp., Montour Co., went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Milton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born February 3, 1942 in Mazeppa she was the daughter of the late John and Ruth (Beachel) Reedy.  She was married to Donald W. Koser for 41 years until his passing on February 7, 2000.

Lucy was a great cook and was always there for her entire family to offer a helping hand.  She enjoyed listening to music, with George Jones being her favorite singer.  Most of all Lucy, was a great and loving, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her three sons: Roger, Steve, and Robbin Koser; one daughter: Vickey Pennypacker; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and sister: Mary Knapp.

Besides her husband and parents, Lucy was preceded in death by a daughter: Connie Rose Koser; four brothers: William, Harry, Robert, and Daniel Reedy; and two sisters: Betty Lehman and Helen Olson.

There will be a graveside service held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 29, at Washingtonville Lutheran Cemetery.
