Angelita "Angie" Marsh, a woman of indomitable spirit and boundless love, passed away on April 26, 2025, in Pasadena, Texas, at the age of 78. Born on April 19, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas, to Esther Saldona and Elias Moreno, Angie was a force to be reckoned with, embodying strength and determination throughout her rich and fulfilling life.
Angie was a devoted wife to her late husband, Larry Marsh Sr., and together they shared over 40 years of unwavering companionship until his passing. She was a loving mother to her children, Larry Marsh Jr., Jennifer Marsh, and the late Donnie Marsh. She was also a nurturing mother-in-law to Monica Marsh and William Russell. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Kristen Goodson, Kayla Myers, Brandon Marsh, Warren Marsh, Madison Marsh, Hayley Marsh, Ashley Chitwood, Hunter Marsh, and Hayden Marsh, as well as her multiple cherished great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored. Angie's family was her pride and joy, and she raised most of her grandchildren with the same love and care she had shown her own children.
Despite the challenges of her illness, which she bravely kept hidden from her family to spare them worry, Angie remained a pillar of strength and selflessness. She was the epitome of a devoted caregiver, not only to her husband but to her entire family, always placing their needs above her own.
Angie was a woman of fierce independence, living life "her way" and leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her beloved dog, CoCo, was a constant and loyal companion, sharing in the adventures and love that Angie brought to every day.
Her small stature belied her mighty presence; Angie was feisty, strong-willed, and unafraid to stand her ground. Yet, her heart was tender, filled with kindness for all. She was the embodiment of love and selflessness, touching the lives of those around her with her warmth and generosity.
Angie was not just a matriarch; she was a friend, a confidante, and a source of unwavering support. Her interests and passions were many, but it was her family that brought her the greatest joy. She found happiness in the simple pleasures of life, from the laughter of her grandchildren to the quiet companionship of her dog.
Throughout her life, Angie was described as a woman who built a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive through the stories and memories shared by those who knew her best.
Angelita "Angie" Marsh was a beacon of love and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Angie's journey on earth may have ended, but her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us for generations to come, and her absence will be deeply felt. Yet, we take solace in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with her beloved husband, Larry, and son, Donnie. Her story does not end here, for Angie's love is eternal, and her influence will forever be felt.
