Cheryl A. Pare-Blais, 65, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at home.

She was the beloved wife of Kevin G. Blais, with whom she shared 42 wonderful years of marriage. Born in Warwick, Cheryl was the cherished daughter of the late Eugene “Arthur” and Marjorie (Clunan) Pare. She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Cheryl dedicated 40 years of her career to Kent Hospital before retiring in 2021. She found immense joy in spending time with her family, creating precious memories that will be treasured forever.

In addition to her devoted husband, Cheryl leaves behind her two children, Molly B. Factor and Samuel A. Blais; her granddaughter, Freya Factor; and her siblings, Susan Luettgen and Richard “Rick” Pare. She was predeceased by her beloved brother, Peter-John Pare.

Her funeral will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. from the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at SS. John and James Church, Washington Street, West Warwick. Interment will be private. Visiting hours Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
