Hilah Lee Nickel, 55 of Harts, WV, departed this life on April 23, 2025 at Logan Regional Medical Center.
She was born July 21, 1969 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of Carrie Tafoya and the late Donald Tafoya.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Keith Tafoya, and her aunts and uncles, Dorothy Collins, Byrd Workman, Gean Collins, Gaynell & Paul McCloud and Freddie & Betty Collins.
Hilah enjoyed waterfalls, concerts, babysitting, reading and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed listening to music, and watching crime TV shows.
In addition to her mother, Carrie, those left to cherish her memory include her children, Ciara Fanara, Luke Chokan and Nevaeh Orme; grandchildren, Jeremiah Chokan and Baker Fanara; niece and nephews, Shelby, Dakota and Noah Tafoya; and her aunts and uncles, Elbert Collins Jr, Melinda Workman, Gary Collins, Gilbert & Connie Collins and Phyllis Collins.
