Terry Lee Tedder 

Terry Tedder age 67 of Cottonwood, passed away peacefully at his home after a long battle with cancer.  A memorial service will be held Monday, April 28, 2024, 11 am at Fowler Family Funeral Home officiated by William Irwin and Billy Jean Dickerson.  

He was born June 1, 1957, in Dothan, Al to Mary Sanders Tedder and Roy Lee Tedder. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters Mary Evelyn Tedder, Mary Alice Fowler and Diane Tedder.  

Survivors include his wife, Angela Smith Tedder; son Hunter Tedder (Paige) of Centre, Alabama; grandson Jet Tedder; sisters Ruby Morrison, Sylvia Fischer and Faye Battles (DJ); several nieces and nephews.  

Terry worked with Houston County Road and Bridge for 27 years. He retired in 2016. He loved the outdoors. He was happiest when he was fishing and hunting. He also loved Alabama football.  

The family would like to thank his nieces Dana and Chelsea Johnson and his friend James for taking care of him during this difficult time.  Also, Gentiva Hospice for their support and services.
