NORMA A. (SEVCIK) GORDON
Born August 8, 1932, and passed peacefully on, Wednesday April 23, 2025. She survived her husband Charles D. Gordon, to whom she was married for a 1-DER-FUL sixty-nine years. Sister of the late Elmer, Robert, Norman, and Anna Sevcik (McKinney). Mother of five Dona Azen (Marty), Don (Debbie), Dave (Elizabeth), Denise (deceased), and Doreen Jackson (Jeff). Grandmother (Baba) of ten Shelly, Marty (Sandy), Jessica (Scott), Donnie, Gina (Judd), David, Jason, Jaymes, Jodie (Diane), Jeffery (Liz). Great Grandmother of five Julia (Kyle), Aidan, Luc, Myla, and Alaina. She was a proud Army wife, who moved numerous times with her husband and children, living in multiple locations across the U.S. and Germany. Norma had many interests including being a twenty-year volunteer at AGH, playing volleyball into her seventies, traveling to Vegas with her husband and lifelong friends, and watching Law and Order. She will be remembered for her witty sense of humor, friendly demeanor, and love for her family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society. Norma’s family would like to thank the staff of Mt. Assisi Place for the care, comfort, and compassion shown to her. There will be no public visitation, Service and interment will be held privately.
