Geraldine Warren (Giordano), peacefully passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Hackensack Meridian Medical Center in Old Bridge, with her loving son at her side. She was 68 years old.

Born in South Amboy and raised in Sayreville by the late Carmen and Frances Giordano, Geraldine was a longtime resident of Sayreville before moving to East Brunswick 15 years ago. She graduated from Sayreville High School and later went on to help those in need as a dietary aid at Reformed Church Home in Old Bridge. She retired from the industry in 2011 and enjoyed spending time with her son, brother, friends, and her fellow parishioners at St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church.

Throughout Geraldine’s illness, her strongest character traits were more present than ever. She loved God and her faith, which she leaned on often. This brought out her inner strength, carrying Geraldine through the toughest of times. Her generosity and caring and compassionate nature shined brightest in the darkest of days, proving to all that she was nothing less than a fighter who never gave up. Geraldine is finally at peace with her mother, father, and sister-in-law, watching over all those who loved her so dearly throughout her life. May she rest in peace.

Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents and by her sister-in-law Carol Giordano.

She is survived by her beloved son Michael Warren of East Brunswick and by her loving brother Carmen Giordano of East Brunswick.

A memorial service will take place on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with religious services scheduled for 7pm.
