Mary Frances Ryan, 80, Leavenworth, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at St. John's Hospital.

She was born on November 03, 1944 to Clyde L. and Ann (Whitelaw) Marks Sr. in Leavenworth Kansas.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 09:00 am to 11:00 am at Saint Casimir Catholic Church.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Marianand Mendem, officiating.   Burial will be at Mount Calvary cemetery.

Mary met and dated the love of her life in John Joseph Ryan and from this long marriage two children were born, Johnnise and John Jr. She worked at the PX at Fort Leavenworth and then decided to open a daycare at their home where she loved her little people.

She is survived by her loving husband of the home, John J. Ryan Sr., daughter, Johnnise and her husband Scott Smith. Son, John Jr. and his wife Margie Ryan Jr. Sister, Helen and her husband Paul Mensch. Three grandchildren: Scarlett Moya, Brianna Moya and Victoria Moya-Titlow. Three great grandchildren: Michael Titlow, Amelia Titlow and Colt Moya-Bylkes.
