A prayer service for Ivadell Mohr, 68, of Aberdeen, SD, will be 6:00pm, Monday, April 28, 2025 at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home, with Pastor Alton Vilhauer officiating. Burial at Bethany Cemetery. Ivadell died Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Aberdeen Health and Rehab in Aberdeen, SD.

Visitation will be 4:00-6:00pm, Monday, at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home, 1111 South Main Street.

Ivadell Ione Mohr was born to Milbert and Adeline (Walth) Mohr on February 21, 1957. She was raised and attended school in Hosmer graduating in 1975. She was working at the Redfield Developmental Center until the time of her car accident on New Year’s Eve, 1980. She rehabbed at the Senior Center in Hosmer until October 1982 when she became a client at the Adjustment Training Center. January 2021 she became a resident at Aberdeen Health and Rehab where she loved being taken care of by the Hosmer Girls.

Grateful for having shared Ivadell’s life are her sisters, Janet (Tom) Shepperd and Kathleen Opp, brother, Robert (Karen) Mohr, sister-in-law, Mary Jo Mohr, and nieces and nephews.

Preceding Ivadell in death are her parents, Milbert and Adeline Mohr, brothers, Daniel, George, and Leroy Mohr, and brother-in-law Teddy Opp.
