Marilyn Faye Smith, age 70, of Grand Rivers passed away peacefully with family at her side on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.

She was a devoted mother and loving grandmother. She will be remembered for her kind heart and quiet strength.

She is survived by her son, Rob Smith; grandson, Colton Smith; niece, Cheryl Imus (Larry); great niece, Morgan Jamison (Johnny) and a host of good friends and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Blondal Flood; sister, Carol Thomas; and her beloved dogs, Tony and Annabel.

Her warmth, gentle spirit and thoughtful nature will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025 with Bro. Billy Riley officiating.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
