Charles Edward Blayle Obituary

Charles Edward Blayle, 76, formerly of West Easton, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in New Eastwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.


Born December 25, 1948, in Wilson Borough, PA, he was the son of the late Carl and Edith D. Blayle.


He graduated from Easton High School, Class of 1966. He served in the US Army.


Charlie retired from Wendy’s, where he worked for over 30 years. He had also been employed by Dairy Queen.


He was a car collector, loved his cars! His favorite, that he drove daily was “Goldie”. Charlie appreciated a good cup of coffee, trying a wide variety of types. He enjoyed traveling to New York City, going out to dinner, and shopping with his neighbor.


Years ago, he was a Boy Scout with Troop 9, Easton.


There are no immediate survivors. He will be missed by neighbors and friends.


A viewing will be held on Friday, May 2nd from 10-10:30am in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough, followed by graveside prayers in Hay’s Cemetery. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
