65 Years old of Moscow, Ohio, passed away on April 23, 2025.  He is survived by his Wife: Shelly Smith Children: Jack (Danielle) Bedford, Nichole (Nick) Brock, Kyle (Ashley Carrington) Forbes and David Forbes.  Grandchildren: Alexandria, Christian, Courtney, Cryztopher, Ren, Cayla, Connor, Cheyanne, Hailey, Peyton, Mioka, Alana, Rachel, Levi, Landen, Trenton and Kylie.  Great-Grandchldren: Cainden, Nikola, Lainey and Arya.  Parents: Bernice and the late Eithel Smith. Late Brother: Larry Smith.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends. Funeral Services will be at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 N. Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Tuesday April 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM.  Visitation will also be on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, also at the funeral home.
