It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Carmell Dickson-Gordon, 82, of Cocoa, Florida,

on April 23, 2025. Born in Hanover, Jamaica, the daughter of Isabell Louise Hogg and Hugh Edward Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Byron Gordon, daughter, Juliett Chin Okoye(husband Ted), sons: Wayne Dickson(wife Shirnette), Troy Dickson(deceased), Andrew Dickson(wife Emily), Dayne Dickson(wife Terri)and John Dickson, grandchildren: Peter Johnathon Charles Okoye(deceased),Camille Geoghagen(husband Robert), Gabrielle Okoye, Aaron Dickson, Joshua Dickson, Skylar Dickson, Hunter Dickson, William Joseph Dickson, Megan Emelia Pelletier(husband Cody)Troy Dickson and Xavier Dickson, great grandchildren: Jayden Okoye, Julianna Okoye, King Legend Okoye, Jade Geoghagen, Zane Peter Geoghagen, Isla Solei Geoghagen,  siblings, sisters: Hazel Thompson and Helen Jennings, brothers: Cleveland Thompson and Cecil Thompson , and also numerous nieces and nephews.

Carmell devoted her life first to God and then to taking care of her family. She will be greatly missed but her legacy of faith, love and generous nature will live on through her family and friends.
