Kathleen Renee Colson, 68 of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at her home.
Kathleen was born in El Monte, California on October 29, 1956. She worked as a waitress for over 30 years at Majestic's. Kathleen enjoyed softball and Nascar. She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Steve Colson; daughter, Tonya Turner of Benton, KY; two sons, Richard Turner of Benton, KY and Kevin Colson (Lindsey) of Elizabethtown, KY; three brothers, Kent Morrison (Debbie) of Indianapolis, IN, Larry Martin (Patti) of Hesperia, CA and Dale Martin (Linda) of Benton, KY; three sister-in-laws, Linda Morrison, Bernice Morrison and Linda Morrison; three grandchildren, Callie Watkins (Cody), Aspen Ream (Jermiah) and Ethan Colson; two great-grandchildren, Harley Staples and Dahlia Ream.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stephani Colson; son, James Eizenga; mother, Betty Butler Martin; five brothers, Jerry Morrison, Bill Morrison, Steve Morrison, Dean Martin and infant, Charlie Martin.
