LuAnn White, 71, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 at The Waters of Rising Sun. LuAnn was born in Cincinnati, OH on August 25, 1953, a daughter of the late Ernest and Juanita (Buchanan) Titkemeyer. She was a graduate of Rising Sun High School, Class of 1971. LuAnn  married Myrle White on March 15, 1975 at the Rising Sun Church of Christ. They spent over 36 years of their lives together until Myrle's passing in 2009. LuAnn was a longtime member of the Rising Sun Church of Christ. She served her community for over 25 years with the Rising Sun Rescue Unit. LuAnn was also employed at Neaman Floral for over 30 years. LuAnn enjoyed camping with family and close friends, the Hannan and Marksberry families. She especially loved attending all her grandkids' sporting events and spending time with her children and their families. LuAnn was a kind and loving mom, mamaw and friend to many and will be deeply missed, but we take peace in knowing LuAnn and Myrle are reunited again.

LuAnn is  survived by her daughter, Stacie Land (Tim), of East Enterprise, IN; by her son, Jeremy White (Jennifer), of Batesville, IN;  by her grandchildren; Ashton & Reagan McCarty, Dylan & Kaden Land and Salem & Jack Lawson; by her sister-in-law, Marcia Shaver (Donald), of Rising Sun, IN; by brothers-in-law, David White, of Cincinnati, OH and Steve Gray (Cathy), of Lawrenceburg, IN; by nephews; David Titkemeyer (Danielle) and Steve Titkemeyer (Nicola) both of Rising Sun and their families and by nieces, Angie Bush (Brian) and son Brett of Burlington, KY., Meghan Martini (Mike) and Stephanie Gray (Jett), both of Ohio. LuAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest & Juanita Titkemeyer; by her husband Myrle White; by her brother and sister-in-law, Carel & Carolyn Titkemeyer and by her father and mother-in-law, Richard & Evelyn White.
 
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, April 28th, 2025 at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Visitation will be held 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, April 28th at Markland Funeral Home.
