Diane B. Stickles

West Winfield

Diane B. Stickles, 53, of West Winfield, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at her home, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was born on September 4, 1971 in Little Falls, a daughter of John Rowe. Diane graduated from Dolgeville High School and furthered her education with MVCC, earning an Associate Degree. On May 7, 2008, Diane was united in marriage to Jeffrey S. Stickles in West Winfield Town Park and shared a blessed union of 29 years filled with love and devotion, until his passing on December 15, 2023. She was employed as Chief Welfare Examiner with Oneida County Department of Social Services, a job that she truly loved.

Diane was very proud of her children and when she wasn’t working, she spent most of her free time with her beloved grandchildren. She loved to spoil them by taking them shopping and teaching her girls how to bake. Diane also loved to go to camp to spend time with friends and family.

Surviving are her father, John, Oppenheim; daughter, Natasha LeFever, New Hartford; sons, Matthew Stickles and Keith Moss, both of West Winfield; grandchildren, Bryn, Finley, Jayde, Beau and Navy. She was predeceased by her son, Ben and brother, Peter.

Diane’s family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Dialysis and Oncology units with US Renal Care, Utica, for all their wonderful care and compassion.
