Roberta Sandy Obituary
Roberta C. Sandy, 84, of West Scranton died Wednesday April 23, 2025 at home. She was the widow of Thomas A. Sandy Sr. who died in 1997.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Jeanette Hellard Southard, she was educated in West Scranton Schools.
Surviving are daughters Janet Boyce and husband Mark, New York, Melissa Kreinberg, Scranton; sons Thomas Sandy Jr. and wife Cynthia, Scranton, Jeremiyah Sandy, Scranton; 8 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; brother Leo Southard
She was preceded in death by son Bobby Sandy.
A celebration of Roberta’s life will be held at the convenience of the family.
Funeral services and interment in Washburn Street Cemetery are under the care and direction of the Solfaneli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave., Scranton.
