Merrie L. Lockhart Obituary
Merrie L. Lockhart, 71, of Watseka passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at her home. She was born on November 26, 1953 in Watseka, a daughter of John and Laura (Kellerhals) Lockhart and they preceded her in death. Merrie was also preceded in death by her son, Eric Lee Norris.
She married Patrick Worner on May 24, 2008 in Negril, Jamaica and he survives in Watseka. Also surviving are one daughter, Cynthia (Dan) Johnston of Mahomet; two grandsons, Cody Johnston and Miles Worner; one step-son, Brannon Worner of Sarasota, FL; one brother, Edward (Linda) Lockhart of Venice, FL; and three sisters, Joan Lockhart of Springfield, Jean Lockhart of Noblesville, IN and Joyce Osborn of Kokomo, IN.
Merrie was a registered nurse for 40 years and worked for several years with Iroquois Memorial Hospice. She loved traveling with her husband.
No services will be held at this time.
