William Byrd Sr.

Mr. William Byrd Sr., age 85 of 1239 East Jerry Road, Laurens, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019 in Conyers, Georgia. He is survived by his son; William Pitts Byrd, Jr and his daughter Callie Burnside. His brother Bobby (Mary) Byrd and his sister Shirley Barksdale and three grandchildren. The family is at the home of his brother Bobby (Mary) Byrd 1242 East Jerry Road Laurens, South Carolina. Funeral arrangements for Mr. William Byrd Sr., will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the New Grove Baptist Church in Laurens, with Reverend Namon Dawkins officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
