William Donald Boltz, 86, passed away on March 1, 2019 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. He was born on February 14, 1933 to Clarence and Ilo Boltz. He was the youngest of five children. He joined brothers Duane and Eugene; and sisters Eileen and Shirley. Bill graduated high school from Immaculate Heart of Mary ( I.H.M) in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and went on to study electronics. He enlisted with the United States Air Force and served from 1953 to 1957 and fought in the Korean War. Bill was a longtime member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. His favorite past-time was walking. He could be seen walking daily throughout the downtown area. He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Ilo Boltz; brothers, Duane and Eugene; sisters and brother-in-laws, Eileen and Red Robertson and Shirley and Richard Jost. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend out thanks and appreciation to the loving care our Uncle Bill received at the Schneidmiller Hospice House in Coeur d' Alene. There will be a funeral mass in Bill's honor on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 1:00PM at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 919 E. Indiana Ave., Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814 with a graveside service to follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, S. 23rd St. Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.
