Rickey Howard, age 54, of Stacy Lane Road in Irvine passed away Friday, March 1, 2019, at Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital following a short illness. He was born July 17, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio and was the son of Catherine Crabtree Howard and the late Lloyd Howard. He was a retired custodian at the Estill County Middle School. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by: His Mother: Catherine Crabtree Howard - Estill Co. 1 Daughter: Hannah Parker Howard - Estill Co. 3 Sisters: Annette Nicholason (Pat) - Owen Co. Patricia Anderson - Estill Co. Betty Sue Riddell (Tim) - Estill Co. 2 Brothers: Ronald Howard (Laura) - Owen Co. Robert Howard (Sue) - Owen Co. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Randal Howard. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, March 9, 3 PM at the Pea Ridge Church in Irvine by Bro. Jerry Rose. Friends may call after 2 PM Saturday at the church
