Grover Stephen “Steve” Dunlap, 65, of Winchester, VA died on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Blue Ride Hospice Inpatient Care Center in Winchester, VA. Steve was born on May 24, 1953 in Winchester, VA, a son of the late Grover L. Dunlap and Harriet Jones Keeler. He was a truck driver for 12 years for NFI in New Jersey, member of the Christian Faith, loved fishing, hunting, gardening, carpentry, Green Bay Packers, being with family and his furry friend: Little Bit. Steve married Connie Fogle Dunlap on August 18, 2013 in Winchester, VA. Surviving with his wife is a son: Brian S. Dunlap of St. Clements, MD; two daughters: Mellissa M. Masenburg of North Carolina; Stephanie R. Adams of Winchester, VA; two step-daughters: Christina Lambert & Hannah Lockhart both of Front Royal, VA; three brothers: Rickie Keeler, John Keeler both of Winchester, VA; Edward Keeler of Hampton, VA; two sisters: Gail Westfall of Delray, WV; Rhonda Moats of Winchester, VA and eight grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be private at a later date. Inurnment will at the Bethel Cemetery near Gore, VA.
