Linda “Deedy” Denise Ward,53, of Lincolnton passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Atrium Health Lincoln. She was born December 9, 1964 in Gaston County to the late Charles Edwin Ward Sr. and to Linda Polk Ward of Lincolnton. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Ward Sr. Those left to cherish her memory are; Partner: Connie Kiser Cutler of the home Mother: Linda Polk Ward of Lincolnton Brothers: Charles E. Ward Jr. and wife Barbara of Crouse Trevor Ward and wife Wendy of Maiden Mark Ward Sr. and wife Crystal of Lincolnton Sisters: Diane Colon of Crouse Donna Kahl of Crouse Audrey Ward of Lincolnton A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at North Newton Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Purple Heart Homes, P.O.
