Elisabeth "Betty" Louise Berns, 84, of Glenview, passed away March 1, 2019. Beloved wife of Dieter; loving mother of Ingrid (Carl VanDril), Kenneth (Susan), Robert (Karen), and Fred (Mary Beth); cherished grandmother of Katie, Alissa, Bridget, Lia, Meghan, Sean, Maria, and Jacob; proud great grandmother of Wyatt and Gage; dear sister of Jack, Mary, and Erick. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 2 to 6pm at N.H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Road, Glenview. Funeral mass will be held Monday, March 4 at 10 am at St. Isaac Jogues, 8149 W. Golf Rd., Niles. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
