<p>Douglas Wayne Forsman November 26, 1941 – April 11, 2025&nbsp; </p><p>It is with great sadness that the family announce that Douglas Wayne Forsman, 83, of Neepawa, MB has passed away suddenly on April 11, 2025. Born in Neepawa to Sture and Ruth, Doug was a devoted husband and father, as well as brother, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather to many.&nbsp; </p><p>Doug devoted his entire career to the automobile business at Murray’s (now McLaughlin’s), first as mechanic, later as service manager and finally in sales. In retirement,&nbsp;Doug and Jean enjoyed spending winters at their&nbsp;place in Weslaco, Texas and made many new friends during their&nbsp;time there. Doug also enjoyed curling, hockey, and golf and spent many years on the Neepawa Golf and Country Club executive. &nbsp; His humour and generosity touched everyone he met.&nbsp; </p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Ron and sister Malorie. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean, his brother Don (Liz) and children Grant and James, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manitoba Alzheimer’s Society. </p><p>&nbsp; </p>

Douglas Wayne Forsman November 26, 1941 – April 11, 2025 

It is with great sadness that the family announce that Douglas Wayne Forsman, 83, of Neepawa, MB has passed away suddenly on April 11, 2025. Born in Neepawa to Sture and Ruth, Doug was a devoted husband and father, as well as brother, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather to many. 

Doug devoted his entire career to the automobile business at Murray’s (now McLaughlin’s), first as mechanic, later as service manager and finally in sales. In retirement, Doug and Jean enjoyed spending winters at their place in Weslaco, Texas and made many new friends during their time there. Doug also enjoyed curling, hockey, and golf and spent many years on the Neepawa Golf and Country Club executive.   His humour and generosity touched everyone he met.
