Mrs. Wilma Skinner Law Price of Atlanta Texas went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 11, 2019 in a local adult care facility. Wilma was born to Aubrey and Eleanor Skinner on May 18, 1932 in Queen City TX. She was a hairdresser by profession for over 35 yrs. She was a pianist and had served in that role at Bethsaida Baptist church for many years and in different music capacities at Linden First Baptist where she and husband Tom were very active and enjoyed serving. She loved art, especially oil painting. She created many beautiful paintings over the years some of which she has shared with her children. She also enjoyed traveling. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren to whom she devoted her life. She was our beloved Mama and Mimi. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Price and two brothers Jesse Skinner and Ray Skinner. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Bruce W Law and her daughter, Belinda Pettit and husband Tony. She was Mimi to six grandchildren Brandy Scoggins, Brady Law, Brittany Weeks and husband James, Adam Pettit and wife Mary, Beau Pettit and wife Whitney, Christopher Pettit and wife Kimberly and to 10 great grandchildren, Colton, Preston, Phoebe, Seth, Logan, Lucas, Jacob, Griffin, Austin, Mitchell, and Carter. She is also survived by two sisters Mary Shirley and Rita Kay Jordan, four brothers, Bill Skinner, Winston Skinner, Wesley Skinner and Joe Skinner She leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews who adored her as well...along with many cousins and numerous friends. She loved deeply and was deeply loved. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Friday, February 15, 2019 at Calvary Tabernacle Church, Queen City TX, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with the Rev. Billy Dupree and Rev. Chris Miller officiating. Visitation will be Friday, February 15, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Calvary Tabernacle. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Linden Cemetery. Those wishing to memorialize her may do so by making donations to Gideon's International or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
