Danny Holt, age 56, of Glenwood, died Monday, May 9, 2016. He was born on September 28, 1959, in Newport, the son of the late Bob and Edith Holt. On March 20, 1997, he was married to Debra Myers. He was an automotive mechanic and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He is survived by his wife, Debra Holt of Glenwood; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Danny, II and Jennifer Holt, Timothy and Brandy Holt, Birchel and Jeannie Hedden and Eddie Ruple; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Stephanie and Chris Hagar, Samantha and Shawn Turner, Phesha and Bobby Riley and Lisa Hedden; fifteen grandchildren; six brothers; five sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members; and a host of wonderful friends. Memorial services will be held by the family at 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 28, 2016, at his home in Glenwood. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
