Jessica A. (Nolter) Duffy, 58, of Herndon, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Jessica was the beloved companion of Richard “Rick” Eckbold sharing over 8 loving years together. Born on May 1, 1966 in New Port, RI, she was a daughter of Carol (Starkoski) Nolter and the late Aloysius Nolter. Jessica worked as a wound nurse for many years. She enjoyed crafting and shopping. Above all she cherished her time spent with her family.

Jessica will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Carol Nolter; companion, Rick Eckbold; stepchildren, Theresa Howe and her husband Albert, and Rich Eckbold Jr. and his wife Stephanie; 11 step grandchildren and 11 step great grandchildren; brother, Ed Nolter and his wife Jean; 3 nephews and 3 nieces. She was predeceased by her sister, Deborah Nolter.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Foust Funeral Home, LLC 841 W. Shamokin St. Trevorton with a viewing from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Our Mother of Consolation Cemetery, Mount Carmel. A memory tribute may be placed at www.foustcares.com.
