STOUGHTON - Nancee Lee Bjordahl, age 79, of Stoughton, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Tennyson Senior Living. She was born on January 29, 1946, in Madison, Wis., the daughter of Russell and Janet (Bondehagen) Ward.
Nancee graduated from Central High School. She married Richard Bjordahl on July 15, 1972, in Wisconsin. She worked as a waitress for Halverson’s and VFW Post No. 328 in Stoughton.
Nancee was known for her wonderful cooking, beautiful ceramic painting, crocheting, voracious reading, her love of animals and being a superior euchre partner. She enjoyed girls’ trips to Florida and Door County and raised five children.
Nancee is survived by her brother, Skip (Pat) Ward; sisters, Mimi Ward-Schaller, Gayle (Orlando) Rios; sons, Chris (Ann) Bjordahl and Andrew Bjordahl; daughter, Becky (Jim) Heisig; grandsons, Paul (Jamie) Jacobson, Erik Bjordahl and Richard Bjordahl; granddaughters, Katie Bjordahl, Lydia Bjordahl, Prudence Bridges, Molly Bridges and Gretchen Bridges; and two great-grandchildren, Hannah and Sawyer Jacobson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Bjordahl; son, Dan Bjordahl; and daughter, Carrie Lynn Bjordahl.
