Jorge Quintela Gonzalez 93 years of age, of Midland, Texas was called home by our lord and savior on March 20, 2025. He was born on April 23, 1931 in Cerro Alto Ojinaga Chihuahua, Mexico. He is the son of Octavio Gonzalez and Basilisa Quintela.

He is survived by his 9 children, Gloria Gonzalez, Anita Gonzalez, Jorge Gonzalez, Blanca Madrid, Adelaida Gonzalez, Efrain Gonzalez, Alberto Gonzalez, Gilberto Gonzalez, Amalia Ahrens; his 17 grandchildren, Arnulfo Gonzalez, Samuel Gonzalez, Patty Gonzalez of Hidrogo, Thomas Madrid, Geovany Madrid, Adriana Villa, Ruben Villa, Favian Villa, Jorge Gonzalez, Baldo Gonzalez, Emanuel Gonzalez, Ulises Gonzalez, Raul Gonzalez, Luis Gonzalez, Tim Ruple, Cristina Ruple, and Samantha Ruple; he has 42 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Viewing will be on Monday, March 24, 2025 from 12:00pm to 9:00pm and on Tuesday March 25, 2025 from 8:00am to 12:00pm at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Please no food at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held at San Miguel Arcangel Catholic Church 1100 Camp St in Midland at 1:00pm, Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Burial to follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
