Frank Joe Ramirez, 53, of Granbury, passed away on March 20th, 2025, in Denton, Texas.
Franco was a beloved husband, brother, father, and friend. He was a man of many talents and an unwavering source of support to all who knew him.
Franco worked as a welder, handyman, and mechanic, earning the reputation of a true jack-of-all-trades. His skills were unmatched, and he took great pride in helping others with his expertise. Whether it was fixing a broken-down car or crafting something new, Franco’s work was always done with dedication and care.
What truly set Franco apart was his heart of gold. He would do anything for anybody, always putting others before himself. His generosity and kindness touched the lives of many, leaving an enduring impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Above all, Franco will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the warmth he shared with everyone around him. He leaves behind a legacy of compassion, hard work, and the countless lives he touched.
Franco’s spirit will live on in the memories we shared and the lessons he imparted to us all. He will be dearly missed but forever cherished.
Franco was born in Cleburne, Texas to Maria Vara and Roberto Ramirez on October 9, 1971. He was raised in Glen Rose, Texas where he lived much of his life. He married Brenda Ramirez in Round Rock, Texas on May 18, 2012.
Franco is survived by his mother Maria Vara; his wife, Brenda; brother Roger Montoya and wife, Jennifer; sister Rosie Garcia and husband Rafael; sister Juanita Andrade and husband, Francisco; brother Cheyenne Velasquez; sister Yolanda Vasquez-Lombrano, sister Stella Velasquez, and brother Ben Silva. He is also survived by his children Serena Farris, Megan Peugh, Frank Ramirez Jr. (wife, Nissa), Roger Ramirez (wife, Amy); Jessica McArthur (husband, Sidney), and Dennis Poteet (wife, Kayla); nineteen grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews who all loved him dearly.
Franco was preceded in death by one grandson, Leo Ramirez.
