Carolyn Elizabeth Jones, 89, of Radcliff, KY, died peacefully Thursday, March 20, 2025.
She retired from Hardin County Detention Center. Carolyn was a passionate supporter of UK basketball. She was a member of the Democratic Women's Club. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; her parents, Roy and Marietta Quinn; five sisters, Bea Lytle, Kathryn “Chevy” Ashley, Ruby Morgan, Jeanette Applegate and Royce Pfeffer.
Survivors include her children, Cheryl Malito of Radcliff and George (Kristian) of Vicksburg, MS; six granddaughters; six great grandchildren and two siblings, Roy Quinn and Barbara Thomas both of Tollesboro, KY.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Mill Creek Cemetery in Radcliff, KY.
