Gary Franklin Lucas was born September 5, 1949 in Rochester, New York.
Graduated from East High School in Rochester, New York in 1966.
He was drafted into the Army during the Vietnam war in the early seventies as a supply specialist and was honorably discharged in May 2, 1972.
He was predeceased by his Mother Marguerite Bell Lucas, Father Franklin Lucas and Sisters Bonnie Lucas-Carr and Debra Lucas and brother Gregory Lucas.
He is survived by his only son Darrick Aldridge Lucas, sister Marguerite (Shelley) Lucas, several Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
