Christopher A. Cunningham, 60, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2025 at his residence.

Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the service. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

He was born in Cadiz, KY on January 31, 1965 the son of Judy Duncan Cunningham of Hopkinsville and the late John William Cunningham. Chris was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Following his service to our country, he went on to service as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service before going to work for TGASK.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his foster parents: Rev. Albert and Ruth Evans; and Rev. Bob Lawrence.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his sons: Kyle (Allegra) Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY and Kameron Cunningham of Pembroke, KY; his siblings: Teresa Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY, Dale Cunningham Hopkinsville, KY, Tim Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY, Kim (Kevin) Covington of Pembroke, KY, and Susan (Michael) Thomas of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren: Marshall Cunningham and Presley Cunningham; and his significant other: Debbie Pool.
