Robin Gay Taylor, 68 of Scottsburg, passed away, Thursday, March 20, 2025 in Louisville, KY. She was born October 1, 1956 in Corbin, Kentucky. She moved around with her family until settling in Scottsburg. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at area nursing homes and ResCare. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed reading and playing bingo. Robin is preceded in death by her parents, Calvin Roberts, Jr. and Barbara Ridener Box, and a brother, Carl Roberts. Surviving to cherish her memories are her husband of almost 50 years, Joseph Taylor, Sr., her sons, Joseph Taylor, Jr. and A.J. (Mary Hoyt) Taylor and her sister, Jackie Roberts. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robert Taylor, Cheyenne Taylor, Joseph Taylor, III, Ariel Taylor, Conner Taylor and Aaron Taylor and great-grandchildren, Neveah Taylor, Avery Taylor and Riley Jenkins.
Friends may visit with Robin's family from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Collins Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Spurgeon Cemetery. Please share memories and condolences at www.collinsfuneralhome.net.
