Billy is survived by his wife, Dorothy J. Starnes; son, Billy J. Vickers, Jr. of Muscle Shoals, AL; daughters, Estella J. Vickers, Cynthia S Vickers, and Jessica C. Vickers.; sister, Elizabeth A. Vickers; 13 grandchildren.
