Judi Ann Smith age 66, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 in Mcloud, Oklahoma. She was born January 17, 1959 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Fred Albert Jones and Dorothy Josephine (Starkey) Rogers.
She graduated from Holdenville High School and received her bachelors degree from Oklahoma University. She worked as a registered nurse for McAlester Hospital and Holdenville Hospital. She enjoyed working, going to family reunions and spending time with family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, James Dale Jones, Erma Janet Wilson, Fred Jones Jr., and Oakley Jones.
Judi is survived by her children, Nick Smith of Shawnee, OK, Blake Smith of Shawnee, OK; siblings, Larry Jones of Noble, OK, Alan Jones and wife Shirley of Newcastle, OK, Jackie Clayton and husband Charles of Mcloud, OK; father of her children, Butch Smith, along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, OK with Pastor Ron Hunter officiating and Deacon Randy Madron assisting. Interment to follow at Holdenville Cemetery in Holdenville, OK.
