Phyllis J. Poff, age 91 of Franklin, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Optimized senior living in Lebanon, Ohio. Phyllis was born in Middletown, Ohio on July 11, 1933, the daughter of Edward and Bernice (nee Wills) Busby. Phyllis worked for Sorg Paper, and later for Hidden Valley Fruit Farm, and was a member or Red Lion Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending her free time working outside in her flower gardens. Most of all though, she loved spending time with her family and her grandkids.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roy Poff, her brothers Tom and John, and her sisters Marilyn, Patty, and Becky. She leaves behind her sons Mark (Cindy) Poff, Rick (Trudy) Poff, and Barry (Lisa) Poff; daughter Tina (Greg) Collins; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; as well as many other family members and friends.
A memorial service for Phyllis will be held at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon on Wednesday, April 02, 2025 at 12:00 Noon. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM. Following services, Phyllis will be laid to rest at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
