Marilyn H. Austin Obituary
Marilyn H. Austin, 89, of Bloomfield passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Marilyn was born in Hartford and was a life-long resident of Bloomfield., graduating from Bloomfield High School in 1953. Daughter of Henry and Mary Heeber, she was predeceased by her brothers Hank, Dick, Bill and Don, and her sisters Shirley and Donna. She was also predeceased by her husband, Donald Austin.
Marilyn leaves two daughters: Sheryl Morales (Jay) and Kimberlee Hamilton, as well as three grandchildren: George, Stacey, and Rachel, and five great-grandchildren: Maury, George, Maggie, Rosie and Daniel.
In her retirement years, Marilyn dedicated many volunteer hours to rescuing cats.
In accordance with her wishes, burial arrangements will be private.
