Patricia Ann Phillips, age 66 of Elkin, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Universal Health Care in King. She was born in Forsyth County on April 22, 1952 to the late Homer and Mary Mason. She is survived by her husband, Keith Phillips of the home; her daughter, Nikki Johnson (Chas) of Ronda; her brother, Donnie Mason of Guilford County; sister, Mary Yow and husband Keith of Walkertown, grandchildren; Sydney and Jacob Johnson, her mother-in-law, Ruth Phillips of Jonesville; and her sister-in-law, Peggy Carter (Gary) of Jonesville also a special niece, Melissa Cato. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m., December 15, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Johnson Funeral Home of Elkin is serving the Phillips family.
