Karen L. German, 71, of Germansville, PA passed away peacefully at home on March 13, 2025. She was born in Allentown, PA to the late Floyd J. “Sonny” German and the late Mae E. (Hess) German.

Karen was a 1972 graduate of Slatington High School. After graduation, she spent an exciting 15 years living in California before returning home to PA. She later worked as a bookkeeper for several local businesses. She managed the former J & G Pitstop Gas Station in Slatedale, PA, as well as worked as a hostess for the former Terrace Restaurant in Walnutport, PA. Karen supported and volunteered at local fire departments and community organizations over the years.

Survivors include her brother, Joseph F. German of Slatedale; her dear friends, Julie Hummer, Alan Hoffner, Alex Hoffner, and Morgan Hoffner, all of Slatington, PA. To know her was to love her. She could always put a smile on anyone’s face.
