Kellene Rebekah Patten

Age 51, of Owosso, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Kellene was born on July 24, 1973, in Owosso, Michigan, to Edward Sutton and Rebekah Hoddy-Smith.

A graduate of Owosso High School, she embraced life with a creative spirit.

Kellene found joy in diamond art painting, immersing herself in the vibrant colors and intricate designs. Her love for music and playing games filled her days with happiness, but nothing compared to her devotion to her family and beloved pets.

She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and her furry companions, including her cats and sugar gliders. As a nurturing and compassionate mother, Kellene's family meant the world to her.

She leaves behind her children: Christan Smith, Alex Parent, and Brooke Patten; her cherished grandchildren: Tanner Smith, Aspen Smith, Ashton Patten, and Veda DeLong; as well as her aunts, Missy Hoddy and Elizabeth Hoddy; her sister, Cory (Chris) Easlick; her brother, Chris Hoddy; and numerous other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Kellene was preceded in death by her loving mother, Rebekah Ellen Hoddy-Smith, and her father, Edward Sutton.
