Mr. Reginald  Gamble, 67, of Cartersville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He rests today in perfect peace, no longer to know worries, care, or pain; for God has called him to a better world. He is not dead; he's just asleep."

On Sunday, March 9, 2025, the Lord reclaimed His own. Though he is missing in his earthly body, his spirits and love will remain within our hearts. Reginald Gamble was the third

child born to Elmira and Roan Gamble on May 15, 1957, in Cartersville, Georgia. He was educated in the Cartersville School System where he left in the twelfth grade and joined the National Army Guard to serve his country. While serving he obtained his General Education Diploma.

Reginald better known as "Red" spent five years in the National Army Guard. He was a tactical wire specialist in the 32ND Army Air Defense Command United States Army Europe and Seventh Army from 1980 to 1985. After returning home in 1986, he married the love of his life Sarah Gamble. Their union was blessed with two children, Dylisha and Katlin Gamble as well as his bonus daughter Quintoria Shaw. He was employed at Trinity Rail Car, Asta Garage Doors and later at Shaw Industries for thirteen years.

Reginald was devoted to the Lord, family, and friends. He enjoyed cooking, especially his famous BBQ and Boston butt. He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather. Spoiling his family especially his grandchildren. No matter what he always spoke his truth. Many may not have liked how it was delivered but it was all in love and it was also well received and respected.

Reginald leaves to cherish his memories, wife Sarah Gamble; children, Dylisha Gamble (Bernardo Castillo-Martinez), Katlin Gamble (Rubi Parrara), and Quintoria Shaw; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Christian, and Audrina; brothers, Mark (Shirley) Gamble, Keith Gamble, and William; sister-in-law, Burley Freeman; brother in laws, Jimmy (Dana) Langston, Fred Langston (Angie Battle), and Martin Langston (Renada Miles); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

Service for Mr. Gamble will be held Monday, March 17, 2025, 1:00 P.M. at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 147 Jones Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120.  He will lie in-state from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of service.  Interment will follow the service at Sunset Memory Gardens, 790 Indian Mound Road, S.E., Cartersville, Georgia 30120.
