Charlene Provenzale of Wixom was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 30, 1961 to Donald John and Joanne Catherine (nee: Jablonowski) Kubinski. She died March 9, 2025 at the age of 64.

Charlene is the beloved wife of 41 years to Brett. Loving mother of Matthew Provenzale. Dear sister of Cheryl (Anthony) Salvatore, Dana Kubinski and Jill (Steven) Turner. Dear sister in law of Paul (the late Cheri) Provenzale, Denise (the late Jeff) Provenzale and Scott (Christine) Provenzale. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Saturday, March 29th from 4-7 PM.
