Mrs. Janice Carol Bryan, of Hogansville, passed away on March 9, 2025. She was born in Conyers, Georgia on February 25, 1942 to the late Ruby Lee Ray and James Columbus Hudson. Although she was primarily a Georgia resident, she also lived several years in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.

Mrs. Bryan was a devout Christian, always wanting to share her love of God with her family, friends, and community. She was a 30-year member of Grace Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia. She also retired from Dillard’s with over 25 years of service.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bryan is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Bryan. She is survived by her sons, Matthew Bryan (Jennifer) and Daniel Bryan (Janice); her grandchildren, Hudson Bryan, Harry Bryan, Sadie Cope (Bryan), Lydia Bryan, Isaac Bryan, and Rebecca Bryan.

The family will receive friends at Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter-Allen-Myhand from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 16, 2025. The funeral service will be held at Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The committal service will directly follow the funeral and will be held at Lenora Baptist Church in Snellville, Georgia at 4:00 PM.
