Jeffrey W. Buehler, 70, of New Athens, IL, born May 17, 1954, in Belleville, IL, died Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Memorial Hospital East, Shiloh, IL.
Mr. Buehler owned and operated his own lawn care business. He previously worked at Strecks and Weyhaupt Brothers Packing Company, Belleville, IL. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan, but his true passion was hunting. He also loved to spend time with his family, wonderful neighbors, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen, nee Gramc, Buehler; his parents, Robert and Rita “Rodney”, nee Biver, Buehler; and the mother of his children, Kathleen Buehler.
Surviving are his three children, Michelle (Rick) Armstrong of Highland, IL, Joe (Donna) Buehler of Okawville, IL, and Melody (Mike) Graminski of Collinsville, IL; seven grandchildren, Eric (Melodi) Davies, Cory (Jane) Graminski, Bryon (Kirsten) Graminski, Kylie and Kaden Buehler, Danielle Lynes, and Victoria Mollet; four great-grandchildren, Logan, Quinn, Iris, and Violet; another soon-to-be great-grandson; two brothers, Robert (Kathy) Buehler and Bruce Buehler; a niece, Kate Toadvine; and a nephew, Andy (Christina) Buehler.

As a final act of kindness, Jeff gifted his body to Washington University School of Medicine. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
