Mrs. Karen Storm Lucas, 69, of Walterboro, entered into rest Sunday morning, March 9, 2025, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Mr. Philip H. Lucas.
Born December 27, 1955, in Greenwich, Connecticut, she was a daughter of the late Robert William Storm and the late Dorothy Marie Storm. She dearly loved fishing as well as playing pool and was a member of one of our local APA Leagues. She centered her life around her grandchildren and was affectionately known as “keeper of the gremlins”.
Surviving are: three children, Robert Lucas (Jennifer “Tootsie”) of Walterboro, James Lucas (Lamonica) of New Hampshire, and Susan Lucas Ball (Robert) of Walterboro; a sister, Kathy Greenleaf of Oregon; fourteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
