Carl R. St. Clair, 84, of Moline, peacefully passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025 at his home.

   Visitation will be 1:00-3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111-1st St A, Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to QC Animal Welfare Center, Kings Harvest, or On the Run Pet Rescue.

   Carl was born October 26, 1940 in Rock Island, the son of Ray and Eleanor (Gramenz) St. Clair. He was raised by his uncle, Forest and aunt, Leona McQuillen. He married Bonnie Butterfield in 1958 and later married Nancy Thomas on October 11, 1986 in Rock Island.

   Carl retired from Case-IH in 1992 after 27 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved deer and duck hunting and fishing.

   Survivors include his wife, Nancy; children, Christine (David) Goodrum, Sugarland, TX, Nicole (Mike) Trejo, Beliot, WI and Jay St. Clair (Tammy Kerker), Rock Island; granddaughter, Amanda Boswell; great-grandchildren, Eli, Hadley, Wacey and Aryn; sister, Donna (Jim) Murphy, Rock Island and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Eleanor; uncle and aunt, Forest and Leona and his grandson, Jeremy Lewis.
