Funeral services for Mrs. Lisa Ann Pritchard Smith will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Fullerton Baptist Church, Pitkin, with Reverend Brian Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in Fullerton Cemetery, Pitkin, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Mrs. Smith, 57, of Pitkin, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 9, 2025, in her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Lisa spent over sixteen years as a nurse, dedicating herself to helping others. She loved quilting, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley and Joe Saxon.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her loving husband of forty years, Daniel Smith of Pitkin; one son, Erik Smith of Pitkin; one daughter, Heather Horton (Eric) of Pitkin; one daughter at heart, Candiace Hostetler; eight grandchildren, Shaun Smith, Halli Smith, Allie Smith, Kamryn Smith, Caleb Strother, Jaxon Horton, Jacen Horton, and Grey Horton; two brothers, Leroy Saxon and Arthur Pritchard, Jr.; one sister, Rebecca Purser (Johnny); and a host of family and friends.  

A time of visitation will be held at Fullerton Baptist Church, Pitkin, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at the church on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Carmen Fichera, Christopher Delaune, Matthew Delaune, Darrin Smith, Dustin Doyle, Jesse Pritchard, and Eric Horton.
